This Return Policy explains the conditions under which items purchased on Bloody Pottery may be returned, refunded, or replaced.
We hope you love your Bloody Pottery piece as much as we loved making it. Every piece is handmade in our small studio in Cyprus, so slight variations in shape, size, colour, glaze and texture are part of its character and are not considered defects.
Returns
For eligible online purchases, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To request a return, please contact us by email or Instagram before sending anything back.
Returned pieces must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
Handmade variations
Please choose your piece carefully and review the product photos, dimensions and description before ordering.
Because every Bloody Pottery piece is handmade, you may notice small differences or imperfections, including variations in:
- shape and dimensions
- glaze colour and pattern
- texture and surface
- small marks resulting from the making and firing process
These are a natural part of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults or defects.
For products marked One of a Kind, the piece shown in the product photos is the exact piece you will receive.
Custom orders
Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We pack every piece carefully, but ceramics can be fragile.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and photos of the item and packaging so we can review what happened and find the best solution.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know that it has arrived and process the applicable refund.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Because many Bloody Pottery pieces are one of a kind or produced in very small batches, direct exchanges may not always be possible. If you would like a different piece, please contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.
